About the role

This is a hugely important role in the founding team, and a unique opportunity to join a high-growth startup and shape its trajectory, culture and 5-star rated product in its early stages. This position is for an experienced product designer with a strong background in product psychology, UX and UI design. You will:

  • Run the entire end-to-end product design process for the app, from ideation & discovery, to prototype testing to design handover to engineering, QA and experiment analysis

  • Create high-performance designs that both solve user needs and hit business goals

  • Create UX flows, wireframes, rapid prototypes, user journeys and pixel perfect UI

  • Champion our users, developing a deep understanding of their needs

  • Incorporate product psychology and behavioral design into the product’s UX

  • Work with the CPO to contribute to and execute the product strategy & roadmap, initially supporting on product management until Series A in early 2023

About you

  • Obsessed with product psychology & building mobile apps that empower users to improve their lives

  • 3+ years experience as a product or UX designer

  • Experienced in customer discovery and end to end product delivery

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment

  • Excellent UI, interaction design & graphic design capabilities
